Rostislav Ordovsky-Tanaevsky Blanco, Founder, President of the Rostik Group Corporation:
A Venezuelan citizen, Rostislav graduated in 1981 from the Simon Bolivar University (Caracas) as a chemical engineer. He came first to Russia in 1988 to discover the country of his grandparents. He has since then lived regularly in Moscow, where he has established his family.
A champion of customer service and advocacy, Rostislav has played a central role in the formation of the modern restaurant and hospitality industry in Russia & the CIS. He is one of the co-founders of the Russian Federation of Restaurateurs and Hoteliers. Rostislav is also a member of “Delovaya Rossia” (Business Russia). In 2004, he masterminded the creation of a large multi-retailer customer rewards program, which became MALINA, today the largest coalition loyalty program in Russia.
Rostislav is widely regarded as one of the most successful entrepreneurs in Russia, blending the best of international business practice with an intimate understanding of the local marketplace and uncompromised integrity and fairness in all his endeavours to make people work and cooperate together successfully. Over the past 25 years, he has managed successfully Joint Venture and Partnership with such multinationals as Walt Disney, Eastman Kodak Company, Yum!Brands, Whitbread Plc, Carlson Restaurants World Wide.

Vladimir Mekhrishvili, Senior Vice President Rostik Group, Managing Partner of CorpEstate:
Born in Tbilisi, Georgia. He graduated from Tbilisi State University with a degree in economics in 1979. He studied “Securities Transactions” at the London Business School in 1996, and took a course on “Corporate Finance, Accounting and Risk Management” from The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 1998. He started his career as the head of the budget department at the USSR State Bank branch in Tbilisi. He then worked as deputy director for economic affairs at the Electronic Equipment Factory based in Tbilisi. In 1990, he was offered the position of a regional financial director for the Marco Polo international chain (Russia). Since 1992, he has been Vice President at Rostik Group. He currently monitors several business areas (legal matters, IT, administration and finance). Since 2005, he’s been CorpEstate’s managing parner real estate operations. He’s been on the board of directors of RIG Restaurants Ltd since 1998 and a member of its Audit Committee since 2006. Over the past 15 years, he has been a chairman and a member of the board of directors of various Group companies. In 2005 he joined the Russian National Association of Corporate Directors.
He is married with a daughter and a son, and two grandchildren. He enjoys photography and diving.
Lori Daytner, President Rosinter Restaurants Holding:
Born in Newcastle, Pennsylvania, she received a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Slippery Rock University (USA) in 1989. In 1986-1990, she worked for Prime Choice 7 steak house chain (Pennsylvania, USA), where she was promoted from a waitress to opening manager. She came to Moscow in 1990 and took part in the opening of the first Patio Pizza restaurant in 1993. She subsequently worked as training manager at Le Chalet and El Rincon Espanol in Moscow.
In 2001, she was appointed General Manager of European Operations, Rostik Group. The results she has achieved in this position have been outstanding. Since 2006 she has been President of Rosinter Restaurants Holding.
She is married, and enjoys staying in with her family and visiting new, out-of-the-ordinary restaurants.
Konstantin Ordovsky-Tanayevsky, Chair of the Board of Directors of Karlson Tourism, Plenia:
Born in Caracas, Venezuela, he immigrated to the United States in 1964. He left school with a “Governor’s Scholar Award” signed by Ronald Reagan, then California’s Governor. In 1975, he graduated from U.C.L.A. (California) as a biochemist and an economist. In 1982, he earned an honors degree in business administration from INSEAD (Fontainebleau, France).
Between 1977 and 1981 he worked for Procter & Gamble International as director for consumer goods development and marketing. In 1983, he teamed up with Rostislav Ordovsky-Tanayevsky Blanco to create a company to retail medical equipment in Venezuela. In 1985, he founded the first company dedicated to Latin American film distribution in the USA. It is based in California and continues to hold a leading position in the industry.
In 1993, he joined Rostik Group. Since 1999 he’s been Chair of the Board of Karlson Tourism, General Manager of photo enterprises of Rostik Group, and Director for special project management.
He is married with four children. He enjoys diving, collecting books, and traveling.
Nick Hluszko, CEO ROSTIK’S-kfc:
Nick Hluszko was born in Brisbane, Australia. He earned an M. B. A. degree at Monash University in Australia in 1992. He has successfully completed a number of executive level courses including Finance for Executives at INSEAD in 2007; Strategic Marketing Management at the Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration in 1999, Managing Competitive Strategy at the Australian Graduate School of Management in 1996 to name but a few.
From 1980 to 1997 Hluszko worked in a variety of cross functional and developmental roles in Mobil Oil Australia Ltd in diverse areas such as Commercial, Industrial, Wholesale, Planning and Retail functions. In 1998 he was promoted to the position of Senior Marketing Consultant for Mobil Oil Latin America & Carribean Inc. based in Boca Raton, Florida. From 1999 to 2000, he worked as a Senior Global Consultant for consumer automotive products marketing for Mobil Corporation in Fairfax, Virginia. Hluszko worked from 2003 to 2005 as a Market Manager for KFC, Yum! Restaurants International in Sydney, Australia. In December 2005 he was appointed to the position of Chief Operations Officer Rostiks KFC and in 2008 he was appointed CEO of ROSTIK’S-kfc.
He currently lives in central Moscow and is married with two children.
