Rosinter Restaurants Holding
Rosinter Restaurants Holding is the leading operator in the casual dining segment in Russia and the CIS. The Company features Italian, Japanese, American and Russia food at the restaurants which operate either under corporate brands — IL Patio, Planet Sushi, 1-2-3 Café — or through licensing — T.G.I. Friday’s and Sibirskaya Korona. The Company is also expanding the international chain of Costa Coffee shops together with UK’s Whitbread PLC. Franchising
Rostik Group is drawing on wide international experience in franchising. In 1997 the Corporation acquired a license for the expansion of T.G.I. Friday’s, the world’s casual dining leader brand, across Russia and the CIS. In 1998, the Corporation developed licensing schemes first for ROSTIK’S and then for its popular casual dining restaurants — IL Patio and Planet Sushi. This enabled the Corporation to increase its growth rates and helped the partners minimize risk while opening more locations under well-known brands with an effective business model.
